Return and Refund Policy

At Jamtek Global Furniture, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and satisfactory service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand how to initiate returns and the terms that apply.

 1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, clearance items, and assembly services, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:  Reach out to our Customer Service team at [insert contact email] or +2347034693971 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number is necessary for us to process your return.

2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and the RA number.

3. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₦100, 000. as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Send your Return: Ship the returned item to the following address:

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine its condition. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within  14 business days. 
- If your return is rejected due to unsatisfactory condition (e.g., used, damaged, or missing original packaging), we will notify you and discuss options.

 4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process to receive a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.

 5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at jamtekglobalconcept@gmail.com or +2348025846781 so that we can resolve the issue. We may ask for photos to verify the condition of the product. In case of damage or defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

 6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Custom or made-to-order items
- Clearance items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Assembly services
